Based on our extensive experience, UCL supports the development of an environment for accepting foreign human resources and proposes a foreigner employment system with an eye on future plans and prospects. In addition, in order to select and introduce foreign human resources, we have established a network of government-approved sending organizations, universities, and Japanese language schools in Southeast Asian countries, and provide total support for securing better human resources and realizing optimal foreign employment that matches the job requirements.
